DAY 1

Monday November 7th – Welcome to Tuscany

Upon your arrival in Florence, your private transfer will be waiting to whisk you away to our charming boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Tuscany (approximately 45 minutes). In the evening, unwind with a session at our amazing new Spa before savouring a delightful group welcome dinner.

DAY 2

Tuesday November 8th – Florence and Shopping

Kick off your day with an invigorating yoga session and a sumptuous Italian breakfast. Next, we will drive to Florence only 45 minutes away, where a TukTuk tour will introduce you to the city’s charm, followed by a visit to the Uffizi Gallery. Enjoy lunch at a Kosher restaurant before embarking on a shopping adventure at a Tuscany outlet mall where all the top brands Italian outlets are selling its luxury products and clothing. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon for a spa visit, followed by aperitifs and dinner.

Forte-Dei-Marmi

DAY 3

Wednesday, November 9th – Forte Dei Marmi

Today, after breakfast, we’ll head to Forte dei Marmi, an exclusive and elegant gem in Tuscany known for its luxury and timeless style. This charming coast line village, steeped in history, offers a splendid seaside and a bustling weekly market. Back at the hotel, an afternoon yoga session and spa treatment will prepare you for an evening of relaxation, aperitif and dinner.

DAY 4

Thursday,  November 10th – Siena and San Gimignano

Our day begins in the captivating Medieval city of Siena, a unique blend of art, history, and natural beauty. Explore the city’s highlights, including the enchanting Siena Synagogue, with some free time for strolling, shopping and followed by a wonderful picnic lunch enjoying the Siena views. In the afternoon, we will venture to San Gimignano, often referred to as the “Manhattan of the Middle Ages.” Lose yourself in its cobbled streets before returning to the hotel for a spa treatment and dinner.

DAY 5

Friday,  November 11th – Lucca

After a morning of yoga and breakfast, we’ll explore the charming town of Lucca, considered one of Tuscany’s most beautiful. A guided tour will reveal its hidden gems, picturesque alleys, and a chance to walk or bicycle along the 4km well-preserved city walls. Return to the hotel in the afternoon for spa and relaxation before Shabbat. We will celebrate Kabbalat Shabbat in the cosy ambiance of our hotel.

DAY 6

Shabbat November 12th, Hotel and surroundings

Shacharit and kiddush in the morning will be followed by a delicious Shabbat buffet lunch. The afternoon offers leisurely activities by the pool or a stroll around our hotel estate.

DAY 7

Sunday November 13th – Cooking Class and Pisa

Before bidding farewell, enjoy one last yoga session and breakfast. Then wear your aprons and embark on a culinary adventure class led by the hotels Executive chef Stefano, Prepare and enjoy a mouthwatering lunch together. In the afternoon, explore the historic city of Pisa, known for more than just its leaning tower. Immerse yourself in its rich history before an afternoon spa session and a gala dinner with live music. 

DAY 8

Monday August 20th – Time to say our goodbyes

As our magical journey comes to an end, it’s time to bid farewell to Tuscany, taking with you cherished memories of this enchanting destination.
