DAY 1
Thursday, August 18th – Welcome to Venice
Early Morning arrival to Venice. It Is unique environmentally, architecturally, and historically, and in its days as a republic city was named la serenissima. It remains a major Italian Port in the northern Adriatic sea and is one of the world’s oldest tourist and cultural centres.
Your Guide will welcome you at the airport and together you will start your Venice exploration, you will visit the San Marco Square, in the heart of Venice, among other historical sites. Later you will enjoy a kosher lunch at the Local Restaurant and if time permits, some free time before making your way back to the bus that will bring you to our Lovely Villa in the heart of Tuscany.
Welcome Dinner at the hotel.
DAY 2
FRIDAY, August 19th – Day of Outdoor canyoning OR Visit to Volterra
Today we will boost our Adrenaline, a wet and dry outdoor activity in the Valley of Val Di Lima.
Parallel activity Guided visit to the town of Volterra – this town has one of the best preserved medieval historic centers in the country where you can find traces of ancient civilizations such as the Etruscan’s and Romans. The town is traversed from beginning to end passing through its squares and monuments. Resting with unique views and the special atmosphere that exists in this village.
Afternoon back to hotel for relaxing next to the pool
Shabbat preparation, Candle lighting, Arvit and kabbalat Shabbat Dinner.
DAY 3
Shabbat, August 20th – Hotel and surrounding
Today after Shacharit and kiddush we will enjoy a great Shabbat Buffet Lunch, then time to relax next to the pool or have a great walk around our hotel estate.
DAY 4
Sunday, August 21st – Lucca and Pisa
The little town of Lucca is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Tuscany.A guided tour walk through the historic old town will reveal many beautiful attractions, picturesque alleys and charming squares. We will visit the Torre Guinigi, the famous tower with the trees on top and you will have a chance to walk or Bicycle ride the 4 km long city wall, one of the best preserved in Europe.
Our afternoon visit will be to Pisa. A fantastic city that offers a great deal more sites than just its legendary leaning tower. We will visit the historic centre of the city and enjoy some stories about the history of this town
Back to Hotel to enjoy the pool and relaxing
Dinner back at our Hotel.
DAY 5
Monday, August 22nd, Siena and San Gimignano
Our day will start in the beautiful Medieval city of Siena, one of the most attractive cities in Italy thanks to the excellent combination of art, history and the unique natural landscape that surrounds it. We will have a guided tour of the main attractions of the city including the charming Siena Synagogue. Some time to stroll around and picnic lunch before continuing to our next visit.
San Gimignano. “Manhattan of the Middle Ages” and “The City of a Thousand Towers” , thanks to its tall towers of stone. The most enjoyable adventure in this magical town is to lose yourself in the cobbled streets of its historic centre. a World Heritage Site. We will guide you through the city’s main attractions and also let you wander around by yourself.

DAY 6
Tuesday, August 23rd, Relaxing day at the villa with several parallel activities to choose from:
Cooking Class: This morning we will roll up our sleeves, wear our aprons and embark on a hands-on culinary journey. We will have our master chef that will guide us, teach us and work with us. We will prepare a mouth watering Lunch that we will all enjoy tasting together.
Self driving vintage 500 Fiat Car: in the mountains of Lucca. A great and unique way to visit the picturesque villages and the mountains surrounding Lucca.
Golf: There is a golf club just 15 minute away from our Villa if anyone chooses to play this morning.
Afternoon we will be free for family gathering and relaxing next to the pool.

DAY 7
Wednesday, August 24th, Full day in Florence
Florence is a great open-air museum for anyone who loves history and culture. This Tuscan Capital is full of interesting museums, piazzas, churches, statues and Renaissance art and it has more to offer than just the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo or Palazzo Vecchio. We will have a full day guided visit in this beautiful city, including a visit to the famous Uffizi Gallery. Lunch in a Kosher Local restaurant before some free time in the afternoon for Shopping or just strolling around in the beautiful streets and even enjoying a cup of Italian Coffee.
Back to our Hotel for Dinner.
DAY 8
Thursday, August 25th, Tivoli and Rome before saying our goodbyes
After Breakfast, Bus transfers to Tivoli, where you will meet the guide. Together you will visit the villa d’Este with its beautiful gardens built in terraces in Mannerist style that were very typical of the Renaissance.
It was declared a World Heritage Site in 2001 by UNESCO.
This masterpiece of “Italian garden” has an impressive concentration of fountains, water lilies, caves, water games and hydraulic music; it has been a model imitated in the European gardens of Mannerism and Baroque.
Early dinner in Rome before a transfer to the Airport.
